This is my third apartment complex in the past 3 years, and it is by far my favorite. Management are not only friendly but incredibly responsive. The location of the property relative to downtown Durham and Brightleaf is great. Also, while the rent is not "cheap", relative to other 1 BR, 1 BA apartment complexes in the same Durham area, it is one of the cheaper options. For the most part, I really like living in my apartment complex. It is close to downtown and the university. I like the amenities here.

Open until AM. Last week was ThankYouThursday and my review goes out to my now former apartment community, as I will be leaving this week. I have lived here for a wonderful 2 and a half years and have loved I applied to live here and once I saw the apartment I applied for I decided it was way too small considering the price of rent they asked for. They also have lots of construction going on, the dog I've been here for the past year and I actually really love my apartment. The layout is really nice and open and bright. I'm on the second floor which makes me feel safer and because it's the top Do you like living in a dark dirty unit that may have mold, cockroaches and fleas.

Ill never recommend Bell West End to anyone. We chose to live at West End after a thorough apartment search of all the different neighborhoods and communities. I enjoy it The facility is nice. While base rent is already pretty high, management has started to charge for many other things.
