Michigan State Police have reopened eastbound Interstate 94 at 12 Mile Road after removal of wreckage of a triple-car chain reaction crash involving a wrong-way driver. It started with a shooting and ended with a horrific three-vehicle crash on Interstate 94 in Roseville that left at least person dead, according to police.
