It is a house on Petal Lane in the Sector 5 slums of Midgar that is home to the Gainsborough family, beginning with the patriarch Gabriel Gainsboroughaeriths, aeriths being passed down to Clay Gainsboroughhis wife Elmyra Gainsboroughand her aeriths daughter, aeriths, Aerith Gainsborough, aeriths. As well as its importance in the Gainsborough family business, the house is notable due to its proximity to a waterfall, as well as a garden where a number of flowers are able to grow, a rarity for Midgar.
