When you log into the NClauncher you have to choose North America. When you're on the Aion tab, you to change the drop down by the Start button from Aion to Aion Classic, and then it should change to an Install button. I've looked for the drop down menu but it's not there. There's nothing that lets me swap to classic. I had the same issue as you do.

This version of the game has been an exciting and challenging project for us from the very beginning, as we were dedicated to ensuring that AION Classic offers a smooth and entertaining experience for our players. While there were a few initial hiccups, we have managed to overcome most of them and we now see thousands of players enjoying their adventures on the servers.
