So I have recently purchased the quest 3. This is my first time owning a vr which makes this problem even worse for me. I have been trying to connect my quest 3 to my pc through air link but everytime I do it keeps saying "We cant find your headset. Please connect your headset" or something about it losing connection to my pc, airlink quest 3.

I've had this issue that air link will suddenly stop working almost completely, being completely unusable in it's frame rate. It used to work without any problem and I completed half-life Alyx for example with smooth and steady frame rates.
