Introduction: The study aims to reveal the function of diagnosis, evaluation, and monitoring processes in Guidance Research Center GRC on children with hearing loss. In addition, it examines whether there is a difference between the applications of GRCs and the reasons for possible differences, ankara ram merkezleri.

The number of GRCs was in the academic year. This research aims to investigate the functionality of the GRC Guidance services department according to the perceptions of the guide teachers working in the GRCs. The research was conducted in a mixed model. A questionnaire was applied to counselors from GRCs and 27 counselors were interviewed. Frequency and percentages of the data were presented, and thematic analysis was conducted on the data. The results show that according to the guidance teachers working in the GRC the GRCs fall short in meeting the needs of the regions.

This study focused on the factors affecting the burnout levels and the problem solving skills of the psychological counsellors, and the relation between burnout and problem solving skills. Descriptive study model was applied in order to define the already existing situation. In the study Maslach Burnout Inventory MBI was used to measure the burnout levels of psychological counsellors and Social Problem Solving Inventory SPSI and a self-reported questionnaire prepared by the researcher were used to measure the problem solving skills of the psychological counsellors. It was seen that in psychological counsellors the more problem solving skills improved, the less emotional exhaustion and depersonalization levels were, but the more personal achievement scores were. It was determined within the scope of the research that emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and problem solving skills of psychological counsellors were not different from each other considering their sex, age and professional experience; on the other hand personal achievement scores were different from each other. It was found out that the burnout levels in personal achievement were more in women, the ones aged , and the ones having years of professional experience when compared to respectively men, the ones aged , and the ones having years of professional experience. There was no difference in emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, personal achievement and problem solving skills of psychological counsellors considering their marital status, education backgrounds, and working districts. Regarding their working places no difference was seen in emotional exhaustion, depersonalization of psychological counsellors, on the other side personal accomplishment levels and problem solving skills changed in line with their working places. The burnout levels in personal accomplishment were lower among the ones working in counselling and research centres when compared to the ones working in secondary schools; but problem solving skills were higher among the ones working in counselling and research centres when compared to the ones working in secondary schools. It was found out that emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, personal accomplishment levels and problem solving skills of psychological counsellors changed in relation to their satisfaction with their jobs. While the level of depersonalization and personal success burnouts of psychological counsellors partially satisfied at their job were found out higher comparing to the psychological counsellors satisfied at their job, problem solving skills were found out at lower levels.
