Ever since being added to the official tournament map pool, Anubis has been enjoyed more and more by CS:GO players. The map, however, is one of the toughest to learn, with many callouts to know before you can master it. Since then, numerous professional teams and average players have become fond of it, with Anubis rising to the ranks as one of the best maps in the game. Additionally, it looks like it will stay in the map pool in Counter-Strike 2. Despite the game not being officially out yet, some players have already spotted it in some of the CS2 promos from Valve , and they have been in awe.

Anubis is a map named after the ancient Egyptian god Anubis and is assumed to be set in Egypt. Its distinctive features include a sandy-stone landscape, ancient markings on walls and sunny skies.
