Ark the island

Luckily i have access to each map,but for the people who dont the center is really lagging behind in terms of the tek weapons and structures, ark the island. Now with this new ascension being released the characters will be even more advanced,i know its only a few more levels but it does make a difference.

ARK: Survival Evolved has grown from a single small island into a rich universe with a complicated storyline. To understand the lore in all its complexity, players must venture back to The Island, the original ARK map. Scattered across the map, players can find explorer notes written by the first four survivors of The Island. These explorer notes are crucial to discovering the storylines of the original survivors, offering clues on who they were and what became of them. While all four are different, some do share similarities.

The Island is a map included with the base game. It is the first known ARK and is the first map that follows with the storyline. The Island consists of multiple climatic and geological regions. There are five larger mountains in the north and plains in the south. Three large Obelisks form a triangle on the Island. The Island is a large landmass with several smaller islands surrounding the central island. Resources become more common as one travels farther inland, but so do the dangers. Some areas are higher in temperature while others are lower which can be life threatening. On the Island there are two types of weather , rain and fog. When it rains, you will hydrate and can fill your Waterskin , Water Jar , or Canteen with rainwater, furthermore crop plots will also increase their water amount. Ushijima

These areas are the least dangerous part of the island, being the starting area. These areas are often guarded by trees, making aerial spotting of enemies nearly impossible. The mountains are some of the only places where Metal , Crystal , and Obsidian are found in abundance along with lots of Stone and Flint , making them excellent quarries and mines.

The center just has the one boss fight which isnt easy at all and the element reward is tiny. Jostabeere Posted May 6, It gives you the ability to jump from map to map when you get bored with 1 map.
