ArtFight is an annual game for artists hosted at artfight, artfight. The event artfight mainly for hobbyists looking to have fun through gifting art. However, due to the casual nature of the game and the small team running it, the website has not been optimized to be user friendly.

I don't know how much it's because I'm a traditional artist but I find the obsession with every character having to have a colour palette separate from their reference image s a little odd. I think that's quite a valuable skill to have although I do get that having the colours selected for you makes it easier. Unless the person requires you to color pick, or the ref is in dynamic shading which it never is , choosing a color that is similar to the ref shouldn't be hard as an artist. Everytime someone complains about this, I wonder how little learning you've done to not be able to choose colors. That's like the second thing you learn after how to draw a line.
