Seems the vsync on the game is an adaptative crap or something bad, if it drops a little it then goes to 30 instead of 60, and causes a lot of framerate problems. It's very easy, deactivate that stupid vsync on the game, activate it using the nvidia options when you launch the app, problem solved, the game will have a steady 60 fps if you can do it, will feel even more responsive and a lot faster, it feels like a different game. I think it may work, the point is deactivating the vsync of the game more than activating on the videocard, you could even play with vsync off, I play most games that way, but this has so much tearing is a joke.
