As someone with endometriosis, I deal with chronic pain and sensitivity in my pelvic area, so the underwear I choose needs to be soft and gentle on my skin and loose-fitting enough to avoid any additional or unnecessary discomfort. At first glance, they're just a pair of cotton-spandex briefs, but don't let their simplicity fool you. These pull-on briefs are surprisingly comfortable and have become my favorite choice for everyday wear, especially if I'm wearing a dress or skirt. They're not entirely ideal for tight pants or anything you wouldn't want visible panty lines with, but that's a sacrifice I'm willing to make for their comfort.
