Changed her name, no particular reason, just thought it fit her better i just now noticed she looks like Monika-shjt. Yeah- i changed her name and surname, sue me but her old name was to on the nose. She reveals that her mother, Ryoba Aishi , also felt this way until she met Jokichi Yudasei , who awakened feelings in her. Ryoba related this to Ayano, impressing on her that same experience would happen to her as well. Ayano states that she has spent her life dreaming about this moment, waiting for the love that will "cure", "fix", and "save" her. The moment of when Ayano encountered her Senpai, Taro Yamada , it is shown where that he brought color, emotions, and hope to her life, thus ending her grey and emotionless life. Ayano is initially ecstatic until the appearance of Osana Najimi , a rival , which sends her into a rage. Ayano says that Osana cannot appreciate Senpai in way that she does and resolves to keep Senpai to herself — even if that means hurting or killing Osana. She ends by stating that "He will be mine.

She was created by YandereDev. She is deeply in love with Senpai. Before she only had her eyes on Senpai, Ayano was unable to feel anything. Yet, she acted like a normal high school girl and was hiding the empty feeling inside her. One day, she encounters an upperclassman named Taro or Taeko if selected as female who sparks an emotion in her. Her mother is Ryoba Aishi , another yandere who has also gone to great lengths to win her Senpai's heart, as well as her grandmother. They come from a long line of Yanderes that starts before time is recorded,. Althoughshe's emotionless, only near her senpai she does she feel like a normal person. Without him, she is free to eliminate whichever student that interferes between the relationship with Senpai and herself. While Ayano's personality is dependent on the player, a few independent traits remain.
