Couldnt be happier with the glasses i got from bailey nelson they look great and you can tell they are quality. I bought a pair of lovely glasses from Bailey Nelson and they broke - the actual frame broke - I am older and treat my glasses with respect. The people at the store did not do the same for me. They refused to replace or repair the glasses and did not offer any discount on a new pair.

I had complete confidence in their skill level to fit me well with progressives, which can be very finicky to get used to and take one to two weeks to adjust. Within a day my eyes were happy. I have ordered glasses from many places over 40 years and can say Bailey Nelson was a great experience. VERY great experience here! Staff are really friendly and helpful. Came to the store for an eye exam and new pair of glasses, very good service provided by Bobby, was very patient, knowledgeable and helpful when picking glasses. The store has unique and fantastic frames to choose from.

I had a bit of an exciting turn of events at London Fashion Week this season. What started out as a routine streetstyle shooting day, ended up with me getting a half price pair of specs! All of the frames are made of gorgeously coloured Acetate and the limited production run makes them feel far more exclusive than your average pair of specs. I had already decided to go for a lighter colour than my current pair to provide a bit more contrast next to my hair and Cherry Blossom was a beautiful colour to do just that. The pairs in this colour were lined up for my choosing and then the real struggle began. How to choose between Wells, Wallace and Joan?
