Greetings from the Bluegrass State, gentle cabrones! My wife and I are in the midst of our annual sojourn to the South for the Yard Sale, which is like the Rose Bowl Flea Market spread over miles and three times cheaper. We've also hit up the Kentucky Bourbon Trail, and there's a lot of great things happening in the booze world here that'll hit us in a couple of years. You can special order some from Hi-Time, I'm sure, or have a friend in Kentucky go to a liquor store and buy a bottle. But what might be the hardest get of them all is also one of the cheapest and sweetest: Barton Chocolate Bourbon Ball Cream Liqueur. To get a bottle, you're going to have to visit their charming distillery in Bardstown, because they don't sell it anywhere else.

I had this while in Kentucky. I purchased a few while I was there. Kept one and gave the others as gifts. In NY it is nowhere to be found. Is this what they do with "off" barrels? I picked up 4 bottles from the gift shop when I was there in November, it was a hit during the holidays with my friends and family, if this stuff ever gets distributed to NJ my friend Karen may develop a problem. Liquor Barn also has one with their private label Flatboat. It's good on the rocks but what I really enjoy, especially at tailgate parties, is mixing it with a really good root beer I like Dr.

They were in the middle of moving everything around but they had Bourbon Caramel Cream for sale and available for the tasting. If you were referring to popcorn shitsky cream I made that up seeing as barton, bowman, and BT all have a slightly different bourbon cream ;D. Kept one and gave the others as gifts.
