The project is required to maintain, repair, or decommission existing watercourse crossings within the Range and Training Area that are no longer functioning adequately due to damage, deterioration, or changes in the watercourse hydraulic conditions. Crossings will be designated to current Range Training Area standards to account for changes in run-off characteristics or design enhancements since the culverts were installed. For each sub project the construction footprint is expected to remain within the existing easements.
