Terrible service. I ordered a light and have yet to receive. It has been over 2 weeks and getting the run around. My credit was charged for a product I have yet to receive. They refuse to cancel my order online! I had to cancel my order due to the wrong part being ordered. I cancelled the order in January and I have been trying to get my refund for the past 2 months. I have called and emailed and all they will tell me is that I haven't been credited. Terrible customer service. Bathroom vanity, linen closet - order- custumer service. I have made an order last night on line for 4 items. I wanted to cancell 1 item. I called and spoken with 5 agents, one send me bill where he cancelled linen closet but left exactly the same amount of money on a bill; second one lady said she will call back and never did, the third one agreed with me and the phone got disconected, At this point, I looked at the reviews and decided to cancel order , forth one said she is new and passed me to another. She was very stressed and we agreed to cancell the order.
