From its scenic location near the tip of Pemaquid Point, on a quiet dirt road that winds along the shoreline where the ocean meets John's Bay, it is a one-minute walk to seashore access. An easy, slightly longer stroll takes one to the photogenic and commanding Pemaquid Point Lighthouse restaurant, shop and gallery on site. Entering the cottage you are greeted by comfortable furnishings, original artwork, a well equipped kitchen and a full bath. At the rear of the cottage through the screen door to the outside is a cozy deck with seating, a small table, and gas grill. The deck faces the ocean with wonderful water views and views of all the Bayside activity.
