It uses mods from BeatMods. Download the newest installer from the release section and run it. This application auto-updates when launched, there is no need to download a new release each time.

Do not attack the game developers for issues related to mods, and vice versa - modders and game developers are two separate groups. Just don't be a jerk ok. What you installed is a malicious mod! If you're unsure if something you installed is malware or not, please ask someone in our discord. Beat Saber natively supports custom songs, so if that's all you're looking for, you don't require more mods!

Beat Saber is one of the first games ever to take full advantage of VR tech and keep it interesting. But this one is a cut above thanks to the level of detail and the fantastic electrical current shader on the blade, which looks just like the ones on the Halo games. You can further customize it through Saber Factory if you want to add trails or any other special effects. But these will cut through rhythm blocks just fine.

Modding is currently only available on game version 1. You're required to log into Oculus in another tab to validate that you have purchased a copy of Beat Saber. Download and install an unmodded version of Beat Saber 1.
