Made a 1pm appt at the vision center on 70th cicero. Arrived at When I questioned what the order is What is the point of making an appointment if anyone can walk in and be seen before us? I will never come back here and never recommend this vision center to anyone. This has to be the most horrible customer service i have ever experienced. Do not recommend anyone here! Horrible experience! The waiting line was insane! I had to wait approximately 2 hours just to see the doctor and even if I already had an appointment I still had to wait.
