Old building that was once glorious has seen better days. Nevertheless, although a bit shabby, room was clean and comfortable. Some noise from other rooms, but not enough to annoy. Location of this property is perfect and on a quiet street but very close to Citycentre and all the action. The staff was amazing I would highly recommend this place for anyone is traveling to Perugia! The value is unbeatable! It seemed to go OK. However my friend in the USA housesitting for me[looking after 5 cats] received several abusive phone calls from the hotel as to why I had not paid my bill.
