They were closed Tuesday Wednesday the rest of our trip but we had the pleasure of meeting the owners. Very kind and what a solid idea to have a taproom in the area! They close at 8 so be sure to get there early enough. I ended up getting a growler to take home and had a flight of beer. We had some of the bar snacks too. Wish it was open later but we understand it's a sleepy town. Highly recommend if you're in the area.

I had the pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw and cream corn. The Pit Boss Combo gives you all four of their signature meats in one meal. The street tacos are amazing, I had Chili Verde which was delicious. We tried elk burger, garden sandwich and chicken sandwich. In my opinion, these ribs were the best I have ever had. Great service. Good customer service is getting harder to find. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the food is absolutely fantastic. Service was good. I wish they were in a bigger space so we could dine in or have birthday parties here. Plenty of parking were available. The sausages feel infused with pine like I was eating a smoked forest pork and the smoke ring on the brisket and ribs was outstanding. Disappointing on the inside.
