Horrible service. Not sure why anyone still uses this company. If I could give 0 stars I would. I called for a cab today, the lady on the phone said it would be a 20 minute wait as I bring my dog to work. This is pretty standard so I agreed. I waited about 45 minutes, no cab arrived so I decided to call. I was then informed that my booking was missing.

I waited about 45 minutes, no cab arrived so I decided to call. I was then informed that my booking was missing. The lady re entered my booking and put a rush on it 30 minutes later I called back and was told rudely that if I left my dog behind I could get a cab, called victoria taxi and had a cab in 5 minutes.
