Morning sessions are more fitness based then everning classes but still based on boxing skills and fitness. Kids Boxing classes are geared towards personal safety and creating a courageous and health-conscious younger generation. At Standup Boxing kids take part in training that is designed to develop strong, athletic, and motivational skills that your kids will carry with them throughout their lifetime.
