While posts sharing the video have received thousands of likes and shares, the billboard is in fact fake. The image of a fake "lol crybabies" Bud Light billboard ad is going viral on Twitter tonight. It's not real. The image is taken from a TikTok video created by a user that specialises in video editing. An executive at Branded Cities, the advertising company which owns the Toronto billboard, let the AP know the details about what is actually going on. There has been plenty of backlash aimed at Bud Light in recent weeks after their decision to partner with Mulvaney.

Posts sharing the video had collectively received tens of thousands of likes and shares as of Friday. But the billboard, located in Toronto, does not contain an advertisement for Bud Light, an executive at Branded Cities, the advertising company which owns the billboard, told the AP. The AP determined the location of the billboard by doing a Google search for the restaurant — Gyro Bar — which is located beneath the sign. Mulvaney, who is known for her popular series on TikTok documenting her gender transition, first posted a sponsored Instagram reel promoting Bud Light in early April.
