Great texture and well balanced flavours. The team at Butcher Steak House Moscow know their stuff, recommending medium rare for this cut. Cooked to perfection! An added touch was the Cambodian Kampot Pepper, one of my favs. The steak was juicy and flavourful, enjoyed it immensely. This Chef knows how to season a steak and how to get the best out of the produce, unlike some high end Steak Houses I have dined at around the globe. To balance out the steak I had sides of new potatoes and grilled veggies.
