C restaurant perth review
The C Restaurant in the Sky is just the place, and I was lucky enough to sit at one of the coveted window seats for my high tea. Once seated, I was offered a glass of Louis Roederer French Champagne to take in the breathtaking view before me. I opted to start with the wagyu beef sausage roll. Housed in a delicious, flaky pastry, the beef was beautifully seasoned and combined well with a generous dollop of tomato chutney on top, yum! Next up was the mini croissant with chicken breast, garlic mayo, lettuce, and capers. The French pastry was the perfect accompaniment for the generous, creamy chicken filling and iceberg lettuce. The prawn tart was a-mazing! This refreshing combination of flavours reminded me that summer is not far away. I finished up the savouries with the pretty as a picture egg and cucumber finger sandwich, which tasted as good as it looked. Extra points for the light, fluffy white bread. However, there was nothing plain about either scone. They were a treat with the strawberry jam and dollop of cream, which came with separate spoons, love that!

A nice touch, before we started our High Tea, was the delivery of a large decorated plate with a chocolate truffle punctured by a sparkler for our birthday girl. Food arrived on a three-tier stand. There was one of each item for every diner.
It is the only revolving restaurant in Perth, [1] completing a full degree rotation in 90 minutes [2] and has been described by The Sunday Telegraph of London as offering "views of the Swan River, the flat expanse of the suburbs and the dry hills 25 miles [40 kilometres] beyond".
