Fallout 4: Nuka-World is really into scavenger hunts for some reason. Let's track down the Hidden Cappy signs and resolve Cappy in a Haystack. The Fallout 4 : Nuka World map includes a number of Hidden Cappy signs which can be collected to complete a sidequest called Cappy in a Haystack. You might find a Hidden Cappy by chance but they don't become active till you have the correct quest. Sierra can be found outside the Fizztop Mountain compound; if you're on your way to Fizztop Grill from the Cola Cars Arcade, you'll walk right by her having a conversation with a raider.

Ten hidden Cappys are concealed in Fallout 4: Nuka-World. Finding all 10 Cappys will unlock a special reward hidden in the locked office of Nuka-Cola creator John-Caleb Bradburton. She'll give you a set if Capy Glasses. You must equip these glasses to find hidden Cappys Two hidden Cappys are located in Dry Rock Gulch. The first is hidden on the back of a tomb in the small graveyard near the corral. The second Cappy is located in Mad Mulligan's Mine along the main quest route. The Cappy is printed on the side of the house near the waterfall. Facing Fizztop Mountain , move left along the lake. Opening one of the doors along the outer edge reveals this Cappy, but watch out for the radiation spray trap inside. Use Rad-X before entering. The fifth Cappy is hidden in a burned out tower just outside the main entrance to King Cola's Castle. Around the corner of the Star Control exterior, past the main window to the left of the lower level window, pass beneath the stair and then peel right toward the Employees Only sign.

Speak with Sierra and agree to help her to receive the Cappy in a Haystack quest. She'll also give you a set of special goggles, which you'll need to equip when you find a Hidden Cappy in order to interact with it and record the clue.
