You can find Carbink inside a cave under a small slope southeast of the Crystal Pool, in Kitakami. The easiest way to get there is to fly to the Crystal Pool, which is in the center of the map, and follow the route I make in the video below. Once you enter the opening under the slope, slowly jump down using the ledges until you find an opening on the wall. Enter that opening and many wild Carbink will be inside it, waiting to be captured. In my case, I found many above level 70 since I had already finished the story. The best way to catch Carbink is using a Quick Ball in the first turn of the fight. Otherwise, you can deal some damage to it and use an Ultra Ball or Dusk Ball for high catch rates.
