Has anyone bought one of these direct from Carbonda or one of the other distributors direct? If so where did you buy from? I was about to hit buy on a used Vitus substance on ebay until I realized it looked very similar to a free ranger! Now wondering if I can get it new for a bit less…. Daffy did:. I've been commuting and mountain biking on a Surly Troll and it's a fun all purpose bike, but I've been wanting something with a little more speed to ride around the San Francisco area. I liked the looks of the frame, so I took a risk, the price was certainly right less than half what a new Warbird frame costs. Based on initial impressions, I'm happy I took the risk.
