Harv, the no-nonsense agent who worked for Lightning McQueen before being replaced, made his first appearance in the initial film. The character is famed for being strict, often telling off his clients if they aren't strictly focusing on racing. Never seen on screen, McQueen talks to Harv via his speakerphone on the way to a decision making race. The only moments fans get to hear Harv are via McQueen's speakerphone pictured above , he is never seen in the film. We don't know all too much about the character except that he was going to give Mack - McQueen's transporter - the boot if he did not get the star racer into his trailer.
