Having been a Caxton customer for a long time, I was very happy initially with the service. They had very competitive rates and everything was straight forward and not a single problem. Something changes in recent years and slowly problems have crept in and more often. The card has become too sensitive and blocks very easily. Its good they take security seriously but to the point you can't use it. When trying resolve issues, they are quite hard to get a hold of or at least hard to get a hold of the right people.
