Check injection system vivaro
Ever wondered why your Vauxhall Vivaro van is losing power or guzzling more fuel than usual? It might be time to check the injectors. Addressing injector issues promptly is crucial to keeping your van running smoothly and cost-effectively. The Vauxhall Vivaro is equipped with a sophisticated injection system that ensures optimal fuel delivery to the engine. This system comprises several key components, including the fuel pump, fuel injectors, and the electronic control unit ECU. The fuel pump is responsible for drawing fuel from the tank and delivering it to the injectors under high pressure. The electronic control unit ECU acts as the brain of the injection system, receiving inputs from various sensors and determining the precise amount of fuel needed for combustion.

I booked into garage they replaced an EPF sensor? Forums New posts Search forums. I have also found out that the van is also subject to a "Product Update" which actually means they have found an issue with the High Pressure pipe and the EGR Value and need to replace them. The sensor of course does directly affect these systems as it is sensing the correct air charge pressure is entering the engine in order for the fuel to be matched to it. Some smaller independent garage may well stick the machine on it for considerably less or even free if your lucky. Keep us informed. Like I say though this all depends on the faults that were stored in the first place. Cheers for any advice.

Its booked in tomorrow so hopefully it will get sorted quickly. It may not display this or other websites correctly. I notice that motor factor vans EuroCP are back to petrol now - no idea what engine they are running but the Berlingo is popular. Could this be the issue? The Van is booked in to Thurlow Nunn for 25,ml Service and fault check, but I was wondering if the issue has been resolved. Log in. I'm not surprised they replaced that sensor as it was an common issue relating to specific fault codes, along with cleaning sludge out of the intercooler too. So does anyone know what that relates to, I have checked the Haynes and there looks to be a Pump and pneumatic valve somewhere but need directions please? Vauxhall have given the local dealer a check list that Vauxhall say should take 4 days to complete!!! You must log in or register to reply here. I will write further if there is anything to report.
