Having reopened the doors to three screens last week, cinemagic ajijic, cinemagic ajijic multiplex facility is set to debut its deluxe Gold Salon on Friday, July 2. Located on the top floor, the cushy, lounge-style theater is equipped with 42 reclining leather seats and geared for VIP services such as special food and drink menus and a cadre of waiters to attend clients, cinemagic ajijic. Food service will feature menu items from various restaurants inside and outside the Bugambilias mall, as well as standard snack bar goodies.

Nearby Guadalajara features many theaters and concert venues. Perhaps the most noteworthy is Teatro Degollado, a neoclassical Mexican theater known for its diverse performances and artistic design. But good luck trying to find info on their Web page; they list all the cities they are in, but not lakeside. I clicked on 'promotions' and scrolled to the very bottom. Look for 'cinemas' and click on it and Ajijic is the first listing, gives phone number and movies that are coming but doesn't say when. A lot of fancy remodeling going on to the lobby and food areas there, will be interesting to see what they do to the theaters themselves. One of the things I always liked about this cinema didn't move here early enough to visit the one on the Ajijic plaza or the one behind the mercardo in Chapala was the amazingly low ticket prices. Even the newer theatre, which is much much nicer, at Laguna Plaza is pretty inexpensive, certainly compared to back home where the average ticket is 12 bucks. In recent years, the snack prices have gone way up to compensate. I wonder if the ticket prices will start to do the same. Cinemagic is open. And their Web page is updated.
