I went with my husband to buy a sterling silver ring I'm very allergic to nickel. We found one I liked for 35 euro which I found very overpriced for a sterling silver ring, but I was told it was an antique and bought it. Not a few weeks later all the fake stones fell out of the ring and the ring turned my finger green as most non-sterling silver cheap jewelry tends to do when the silver coating wears off. This was not an antique or sterling silver it was cheap costume jewellery that was worth no more than a fiver. They also don't do returns at the store Shocker since they're selling misleading and fake jewelry. Steer clear from this place at all costs. I went in looking for emerald and silver earrings for my aunt and Caroline I believe was a total sweetheart and dug through all they had and found a pair. Its a cool little shop with a ton of neat vintage stuff with very reasonable prices. To be honest, I don't wear much jewelry, but I was looking for a specific functional piece and had already tried half a dozen other shops that morning with no luck and no service either. Rhinestones' staff let me browse for a bit and were quick to offer assistance when I returned to one cabinet for a closer look at some brooches. The clerk who assisted me was helpful and worked with me to choose what worked best for my needs. There was no high pressure sales pitch or attitude -- nothing but friendly conversation on the merits of different pieces. That was quite a difference from the other shops I had visited that day where I generally treated as invisible.
