I can not find words to thank Dr Raptis and his team. My case was very difficult and I had to have orthognathic surgery. Raptis fixed my bite and teeth.

What a terrible business. My wife and her family have been going here for 30 plus years. There was a new receptionist today. My wife just switched insurance companies for her dental insurance and did not have the information available. In the past they have never had a problem sending a bill and it being paid in full whether or not it was through insurance or cash. The receptionist was unprofessional and obnoxious. They stated there was a new policy that they are no longer going to bill patients and would require payment in full or insurance at the time.
