Now what? First things first: open up your web browser and go to the Comcast Xfinity website. Take a look at the top right of the screen — do you see the Email option? Click on it. This time, click the envelope icon in the top-right. This part is fairly self-explanatory: just enter your Xfinity username, email address, or mobile number, then type your password into the box below. Remember to enter the security code, too!

Tuesday, October 18th, PM. I have read elsewhere in the forums that I can have a total of seven email addresses. I need to create two new comcast. They will be coming here from Ukraine. I am about ready to rip my hair out trying to figure out how to create the new email addresses. The previous posts that I looked at to address the issue appear to be outdated, with instructions that are no longer possible to follow. To create a new email address you have to create a new user ID. When you log in with your new ID Comcast will nag you to set up a recovery phone number and email. At that point, you may have an "Ask me later" option to skip this, but the nagging will continue. I know of no way around that.
