I was previously able to get them to connect. When I turn them off, sometimes my laptop will not recognize that and keep them connected as a sort of ghost pairing. I can't just click disconnect or remove device to get them to disconnect, I have to do Remove Device and then turn off my Bluetooth. I did this, and then next time I went to connect them, they wouldn't show up in the pairing list. At first, I thought it might be a problem with my PC, so I tried connecting a pair of headphones, a keyboard, and a different pair of earbuds. They all worked fine. I tried connecting my Pixel Buds to other devices, and they all connected perfectly well. I then tried updating my computer and Bluetooth drivers, which did absolutely nothing. After that, I went to the Services app and force stopped and restarted my Bluetooth stuff.
