Monday, September 18th, PM. Seems to be a common issue, but it's hitting me now as well. Try logging in first, then checking email and it loops. Same result every single time. It's obvious at this point that it's something beyond the normal steps.

Wednesday, January 18th, PM. I received what I'm sure is a fraudulent e-mail from someone claiming to be Xfinity. I wanted to report it but the Report Online Security Issue feature is broken in chat, so I'm posting it here. I didn't click any links, but I worry that others might. The e-mail came from [Edited: "Personal Information"]. Note that anyone can insert an XFINITY Verified image in the body of an email, so it's important to note not only the presence of that image, but that it is in the correct locations:. A logo in the body of the email does not count. If the logo is missing when you view the message in webmail, the message is not from Comcast.

Thursday, September 23rd, PM. I cannot access my Xfinity Email. Every time I login and click on mail, the Xfinity Connect loading page briefly comes up and then kicks me back to the Xfinity homepage. I have tried on multiple devices, pc's, and browsers. When I login to my work's Xfinity account on the same devices xfinity connect works just fine. Good luck finding an answer or getting any help from Xfinity on this.
