After playing Cayo Perico after the update whenever I attempt to redo the heist it tells me I need to wait for Pavel to message me. I know you wait normally minutes and Pavel will tell you that you can do the heist again, but after this update Pavel will not message me that my heist is ready and I've been waiting hours. I don't know if this is a bug or just a game mechanic after the update. S I do know their is a cool down for the heist now but I've been waiting hours and I can't even do the preps at all.
