Coxhill camping

Enjoy summer days in our wild field offering BYO pitches. Perfectly nestled in the Kent Countryside, the campsite is surrounded by fields. Ideal for walking, including following the North Downs Way coxhill camping.

Tents and campervans are equally welcome at Coxhill Camping—as are families, couples, solo campers, and dogs. Campfires are allowed too. In fact, its proximity to Dover makes it as suitable for a stopover before heading to France as it is for a long weekend away. Where you pitch in this tree-lined field is largely down to you. Choose from one of the numbered pitches around the edge and a few spots in the middle. The set up leaves loads of space for kids to run about in. There are flushing loos and hot showers, a cold-water pot-wash sink, fire pit hire, logs and kindling for sale, and a chemical waste disposal point.

There is also availability to hire a drum wood burner and bagged kindling or logs too with an honesty box as well or you can go on line and purchase that way. My only suggestion is that the site needs another toilet and washup site. The toilets are brand new and kept very clean. Cozy, clean, friendly campsite close to Dover 6 months ago Great little campsite on a big field. Availability Special Offers. Stayed several times and each time I notice improvements to the site. Then we saw the beautiful facilities. Staff friendly and helpful. Very helpful signage to village etc. Good dog walks from the site. I will be returning very soon. E Reeves?. Whole set up was very relaxing. No EHU but facilities were great. They said as long as they could accommodate us, they would luckily for us there was space!

Coxhill Camping is a beautifully-maintained pop-up campsite on a sprawling working farm in Kent.

Great stay! Lovely field to pitch up on… just choose your spot. All those are a minute walk away—as are the heritage trains of the East Kent Railway. Just a short stay prior to catching ferry, but the amenities were spotless and the field had some good flat areas for the Motorhome, I believe there were some nice walks in the area however our stay was unfortunately very limited, but would definitely stay again, thanks. The campground provided a really nice break, a central location to Dover and Cantabury. Prices b ased per night. Honestly the most relaxing camping weekend we have had. Lovely spacious field with woods and fields to explore out the back. I think I was the only person there staying that length of time as most other campers were there a night or two at the most. Excellent location on main road to port.
