Crazy Crust Pie has no pie dough involved at all. You want it at least an inch from the edges so that the crust has room to form. You can use cherry, apple, blueberry… any kind of fruit filling that your heart desires. As it bakes, a nice cakey version of a crust forms around the edges, while your favorite filling becomes warm and aromatic and tender. A little bit like cake, but still very much like pie, Crazy Crust Pie satisfies that pie craving with only five minutes of effort on your part.

A quick and easy way to make your own pizza crust. Simply add the meat and vegetable toppings of your choice. Preheat oven to degrees F degrees C. Lightly grease a rimmed pizza pan or baking sheet. In a large bowl, stir together flour, salt, oregano and black pepper. Mix in eggs and milk; stir well. Pour batter into prepared pan and tilt until evenly coated. Arrange toppings of choice on top of batter. Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, until crust is set.
