This includes 3 introductory classes that cover the foundations of olympic lifting, gymnastics, and nutrition if time allows. It is mandatory for new athletes without CrossFit experience and is included with your 1-time enrollment fee. Lock-in with us for a little longer and we'll sweeten the monthly rate. Noticing a trend yet? If you're almost ready to go whole hog, or want to force yourself to commit this plan is for you. Our most flexible membership option: for a higher monthly rate you're allowed the freedom to take things one month at a time.
