Cyrax is a character in the Mortal Kombat fighting game series. A Lin Kuei assassin-turned cyborg through the Cyber Initiative , Cyrax has varied as a misguided antagonist and supporting character throughout his appearance in the series. Cyrax made his playable debut in Mortal Kombat 3 and has been a playable character since. He returned in Mortal Kombat as a playable character, debuting his human form for the first time in the series before returning to his cyborg form later in the Story Mode.
