After defeating Nashandra and Aldia, players have a choice eerily reminiscent of the one made at the end of "Dark Souls. Having to make this decision once again seemingly undercuts whatever decision players made at the end of "Dark Souls," but that's exactly the point. More recently, the necromancer Pinwheel has been slowly draining Nito's power for his own use. Nito, the first of the dead, the Witch of Izalith, and her Daughters of Chaos, Gwyn, the Lord of Sunlight, and his faithful knights, and the furtive pygmy, so easily forgotten.
