I not trust what DA says about it but in the end, AI Generators are there and is not just Deviant the only site they use for train their AIs, at least DA have an "option" as far I know, places like Twitter, Facebook, Instagram or Art Station are not doing much, but let me know if they are taking some initiative about it in the comments.
