If that's fun for you just go max speed with a car into a tree regenerate and once you break all bones rinse and repeat there's even a chance for a deep wound! That's the point, though - fractures are impossible to get unless you drive mph into a wall or jump off a tall building, deep wound zomboid, one way to make them more common would be to have zombies inflict them.
