I have been using these for over 10 years. Please could I have details as to how to refill them as I too am having difficulty finding Dettol refills. Only 2 stars because I have been unable to buy the expensive refills anywhere. Thanks to some of the previous reviews, I am now refilling with any handwash. Pleased to see these are reduced atm as are prohibitively expensive elsewhere. Have had one beside kitchen sink for last few years but needs replacing as looking the worse for wear now.
