With an emergency surgery required and 4days of being admitted following; I cannot express enough how terrific the service and support of the DMV team. Sure the costs are high BUT for such a well staffed and 24hr cover; for me has proven priceless. I can only recommend that owners get themselves pet insurance, as this has paid itself off 10fold!
