Had ES and never hit life even once during battle. I never noticed actually taking any lightning damage from him in normal, dominus poe.

The Sceptre of God is the final quest of Act 3. Man must choose whether to open it. Alternatively, talk to Grigor before picking up the key to start the quest. Either pick up the key or talk to Grigor by completing the last step of Piety's Pets will trigger the quest:. Do you have Piety's key? I heard the Blackguards talk of it.

The Dominus fight can be a tough and complicated encounter, and it is important to have capped resistances , most importantly lightning resistance.

I play Nemesis, my rule is if you cant do it in one try you dont deserve to play in the best mode. I leveled to 44 just to add a jewel socket for more resistance before taking on Dominus. Fight was so quick. Cancel Save. Side Quest. Which works if you are using a strat that uses draining, like an armor or EVA tank. The Dominus fight is easy if you know the mechanics. It depends on your HP. In the last phase, theres a certain animation he does that will put the bleed on you, as soon as you see the animation just use your bleeding flask and remove it.
