It's important to know there are two towers and it's a long walk if you make the wrong choice. The reception desk tower 3 is set up to handle crowds but the check process itself is more efficient, read quicker, than most Singapore hotels I've stayed at almost all the 5 stars in Singapore. The room is very well designed - not huge, but certainly not small either. Internet was complimentary, fast with wireless and wired available. We arrived early evening but were tired from the flight so we had room service. It seemed to take longer than the 30 minutes mentioned by the order taker, but the wait wasn't excessive and when it arrived it was a pleasant surprise - my wife had mushroom soup which she declared was the best she'd EVER had - and she's had her share while my hamburger was excellent but too large for me to finish.
